SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- The Brewers continued their mediocre play on the road this weekend.
They were swept by San Francisco in a three-game series that culminated in yesterday's 5-4 Giants win.
Milwaukee remains 1 1/2 games behind the Cubs in the N.L. Central.
The Brewers have lost four in a row and seven of their last 10.
Rich Aurilia had the game-winning RBI with an eighth-inning single off Scott Linebrink.
The Milwaukee reliever took the loss, falling to 4-5.
Brewers starter Dave Bush gave up four runs and six hits in 6 1-3 innings, striking out four and walking one.
One bright spot for Milwaukee was Ryan Braun, a leading candidate for N.L. Rookie of the Year.
He hit a three-run homer in the third, leaving him three homers shy of tying the team's rookie home run record of 28 set by Prince Fielder last season.
