MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- The Badgers enter the season with high expectations and a familiar formula - win with running and defense.
But there are question marks at quarterback and left tackle with the loss of seniors John Stocco and Joe Thomas.
And after going 12-1 last season, Wisconsin won't be sneaking up on anybody this year
The Badgers' immediate concern is choosing a starting QB.
Fifth-year senior Tyler Donovan should have the inside line on the job.
He led the Badgers to victories at Iowa and against Buffalo when Stocco was injured at the end of last season.
But there's also Allan Evridge, who transferred from Kansas State.
He's eligible to play this year and might have more long-term potential than Donovan.
