MILWAUKEE (AP) -- A former Bucks forward might soon be back with the team.
Desmond Mason wasn't happy when he was traded by the Bucks two years ago.
Now his agent, Roger Montgomery, tells the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he's had good talks with Bucks general manager Larry Harris and is optimistic Mason can return as a free agent.
He's played the past two seasons for the New Orleans Hornets.
Milwaukee fans know the energy that Mason brings to the small forward position, and the Bucks see him as providing depth at that spot.
