BEIJING (AP) -- Chinese fans apparently want Yi Jianlian to sign with the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Bucks drafted him two weeks ago, but he's declined to talk about his prospect of signing with them.
Agent Dan Fegan has pushed for a trade and wants Yi in a city with a large Asian influence.
The former national team coach was quoted in yesterday's state-run China Daily newspaper as saying Fegan will hamper Yi's future.
The coach says he doesn't want to see Yi destroy his reputation in the NBA.
Results of an online poll published in the China Daily showed 68 percent of 9000 respondents want the seven-footer to remain with the Bucks.
Yi was the sixth player picked overall in the draft.
