MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Bill Hall had some struggles dealing with his new center field position but not any more.
The Milwaukee Brewers switched him to the new spot to start the season, and his problems were obvious at times.
He had trouble going back to catch fly balls, and he dropped balls a couple times for errors while trying to make the transfer to the throwing hand.
It's all ancient history now, based on some of the plays he's made in recent games.
He's had a couple of diving catches in recent games not many center fielders could make, according to the Brewers coaches.
Hall says it's a simple matter of repetition and getting experience with balls hit during games, when they travel differently than they do in practice.
