LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Rickie Weeks expects to be back in the lineup tonight when the Milwaukee Brewers open a three-game series in Los Angeles.
Weeks says the four-day rest helped his sore right wrist.
He had surgery on the wrist last August and doctors told him it could take awhile for the scar tissue to break up.
Weeks was in a 4-for-27 slump before taking a break.
Brewers manager Ned Yost is glad to have Weeks back.
Yost says he's a catalyst at the top of the order.
