After 21 seasons - 16 as men's head hockey coach at UW-Stevens Point - Joe Baldarotta has resigned.
In his resignation letter, Baldarotta gave no indication for his leaving.
He led the Pointers to a national championship in 1992 and a runner-up finish in 1998.
The pointers finished last season with a record of 12-11-4.
UWSP will conduct a national search to fill the position.
