GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Green Bay Packers President John Jones named a 40-year-old woman today as the team's vice president of finance.

She's Vicki Vannieuwenhoven.

Jones also named Jason Wied as vice president of administration as part of changes as Jones becomes the Packers' chief executive office at the end of next month.

In her expanded role, Vannieuwenhoven will lead the day-to-day financial operations of the team, including revenue-generating departments such as marketing and ticket operations, and also work with Jones on National Football League economic issues such as revenue sharing.

She'll continue to oversee budgeting, the audit process, human resources, and work closely with the organization's treasurer, the Board of Directors' audit and investment committees, and the Lambeau Field stadium district.

The 35-year-old Wied's role involves assisting Jones with league matters, including attending NFL meetings.

It also includes day-to-day management of the team's administrative operations, including information technology, public relations, facility operations and security.

He'll continue to oversee the teams corporate governance with the Board of Directors and manage shareholder relations.
