MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The Milwaukee Bucks get a couple more days to regroup before facing the Detroit Pistons at the Bradley Center Sunday, and they can certainly use the time after their continuing injury problems.
News that injuries would sideline center Andrew Bogut and forward Charlie Villanueva for the rest of the season came during Wednesday night's game with the L.A. Clippers, and then the Clippers spoiled an amazing comeback by beating the Bucks by one point.
Villanueva is scheduled to have arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder Tuesday in New York.
The Bucks have recalled forward Damir Markota from the NBA Development League.
Detroit leads the Central Division with a 43-24 record.
The Bucks are last in the division at 25-42.
