AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- Courtney Paris scored 24 points and grabbed ten rebounds to lead Oklahoma to a 78-47 women's basketball victory over Marquette last night in Austin, Texas, and that knocked the Golden Eagles out of the NCAA tournament.
With the win in the Dayton Regional, Oklahoma moves on to the round of 16 for a second consecutive year.
Marquette ends the season with a record of 26 wins and seven losses.
Krystal Ellis got 12 points to lead the Golden Eagles, but Marquette had a miserable shooting night, getting a season-low 19 points in the first half.
