MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- In women's college hoops, Wisconsin's Jolene Anderson scored 30 points to lead the Badgers to a 77-to-45 win over Arkansas State in a second-round game of the WNIT last night.
Wisconsin hit 59 percent of its shots from the field in the first half and 50 percent for the game.
But that was better than Arkansas State's 37 percent shooting.
Janese Banks added 13 points for the Badgers and Rae Lin D'Alie had 11.
Adrianne Davie led the Lady Indians with 18 points.
Wisconsin faces the winner of Kentucky and Ball State.
Arkansas State committed 24 in the game, a number that coach Brian Boyer calls "very un-Arkansas-State-like."
Boyer says his team also stood around too much on offense.
