MILWAUKEE (AP) -- After making an obscene hand gesture to his home court fans, Andrew Bogut will have to reach into his wallet.
The NBA fined the Milwaukee Bucks center $25,000 today for directing an obscene gesture toward fans near the end of Milwaukee's home loss to Toronto on Monday night.
The number one overall pick in the 2005 draft was ejected after committing a flagrant foul against Toronto's Chris Bosh with 49 seconds remaining, and he directed an obscene hand gesture toward fans as he left the court.
Bogut apologized to fans Tuesday, saying he "got caught up in the heat of the moment and let my emotions get the best of me."
