MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Maybe it would be better for the Milwaukee Bucks if Michael Redd doesn't score more than 50 points in a game any more.
The star guard had 52 points against the Chicago Bulls yesterday, but the Bucks still lost 126-121 in overtime.
Redd's 52 points is his second-highest total this season and the fourth-highest total in Bucks' history.
He scored a franchise-record 57 in November against Utah, but Milwaukee lost that game too.
Redd says he'd rather have the win than a 50-point total.
He says the loss is frustrating because the team still hasn't learned to close out games.
Ruben Patterson added 17 points for the Bucks.
Ben Gordon scored a career-high 48 points for Chicago, and Luol Deng had 27 points.
