Time now for your D-F-U... that's Daily Favre Update. For the second time in a month, the Minnesota Vikings sent Eric Sugarman, their trainer, down to Mississippi to get a status update on Favre's shoulder.

According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, a source who has been in contact with Favre is reporting that the surgery Favre underwent seven weeks ago has been a complete success and should be back to full strength by the end of the month.

The Vikings, coincidentally open up training camp July 31st in Mankato.

Individual game tickets go on sale for the Vikings on July 20th, so we can probably expect an announcement in the next 10 days or less to help Minnesota sell tickets.

In addition to the DFU (Daily Favre Update), the Vikings better get used to another acronymn, WFF (wait for Favre), because they're going to be doing a lot of it in the future!
