ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Jeff Suppan is expected to start against his old team when the Brewers continue a four-game series in St. Louis Tuesday night.

Suppan has been on the 15-day disabled list with irritation in his right elbow.

Suppan is 4-0 with a 1.48 ERA against St. Louis in four starts since joining the Brewers at the beginning of last season.

Kyle Lohse pitches for the Cardinals. He has a nine-game winning streak going and has allowed six earned runs in 11 innings against the Brewers this season.
