Upon recieving his ESPY award, Brett Favre said "Watching that [his highlight video] kind of makes me want to play again."

Out of 17 cateogories, Favre took the ESPY for "Best Record Breaking Performance."

Host Justin Timberlake zeroed in on Favre sitting in the audience with his wife, Deanna.

"What have you been up to lately? I haven't seen you anywhere," Timberlake said. "Just chillin'? Yeah, me too."

Later, Timberlake went into the seats to hug Favre's would-be successor Aaron Rodgers, the Packers' 2005 first-round draft choice. Favre sheepishly looked down with a slight smile on his face as the crowd laughed.

Favre was nominated for the "Best Record-Breaking Performance" with Barry Bonds, San Francisco Giants; Usain Bolt, Track And Field; and Tom Brady & Randy Moss, New England Patriots. He won.

The ESPYs are ESPN's premier awards show. Honoring the best moments, teams and players from the past year in sports.

Although the show was filmed Wednesday night; it's set to air Sunday on ESPN.
