GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- State officials say a former Wisconsin man faces a number of sanctions on his activities for scamming Green Bay Packers fans in his ticket sales over the Internet. That includes no longer using the same Web site for selling tickets.

Former New London resident Ben Huettl, now of Woodbury, Minnesota, was accused of attempting to scam at least eight fans. One of them is Esther Miller of Marshfield, who ordered 16 tickets in September for a December game but never got them.

The 29-year-old Huettl finally refunded her money a day before the game, and officials say that's one reason he wasn't prosecuted criminally. Miller managed to get tickets for the game through a broker.

The state can fine Huettl for any violations of the sanctions placed on him.
