CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) -- Wisconsin's defense will again be put to the test against Illinois Wednesday even as the Illini have had a down year.
The 11th-ranked Badgers lead the Big Ten in scoring defense at 55.4 points.
That's second nationally.
But Illinois has scored 70 points or more in four straight home games.
Illinois is 11-15 overall and 3-10 in the Big Ten, but nine of 10 conference losses have been by 10 points or less.
Marcus Landry has stepped up for the Badgers.
He's leading the team in scoring since Big Ten play began with 12 points per game.
Wisconsin is 5-1 in conference road games this season and is 21-4 overall.
