Four golfers shot rounds of under par golf on the opening day of the NewsChannel 7 Golf Classic, but only one sits atop the leaderboard.

Luke Hagen out of Bulls Eye Country Club leads the Classic after shooting a first-day two under, 69.

Right behind Hagen, Kelly Kretz, Alex Molski, and Rick Degen all came into the clubhouse just one stroke back. An even bigger log-jam of golfers will enter day two of the Classic two strokes back of the lead. Brant Serchen, Jack McLaughlin, Josh Moser, Dan Ignacio, and our defending champion Dewey Pechinski all shot rounds of even par, 71's.

Play resumes Sunday morning with our 2010 champion to be crowned in the afternoon.
