The NewsChannel 7 Golf Classic is just over a week away and some players are already getting in some practice at the Wausau Country Club.

Marcy Mirman, a 14-year-veteran of the Women's Classic, was on the links today working on her game, and specifically her putting.

Since the course is shorter than most, as it plays just over five thousand yards from the ladies tees, Mirman says driving the ball in the proper position and putting look to be keys to success.
