The Samanta Roy Institute of Science and Technology, or SIST, says they owe money to more than 200 individuals and businesses according to Federal Court documents filed this week.

The group, formerly based in Shawano, reincorporated in Delaware before filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection there this month.

In their list of creditors, they name a number of members of SIST.
Among them are the group's leader, Avraham Cohen, who they say is owed more than $450,000, his deceased daughter, Deborah Cohen who they say is owed more than $600,000, and SIST’s C.E.O. Naomi Isaacson, who they say is owed more than $100,000.

The City of Shawano, Shawano municipal utilities, and Shawano’s Mayor, Lorna Marquardt are also listed.

In an affidavit, Isaacson says SIST and 6 subsidiaries filed for bankruptcy protection because of the bad economy and organized bad press.

The full list of creditors and the list of the 30 largest unsecured creditors can be found linked to above.

Rama parted on nonfriendly terms with Alamo? How do you define friendly? How do you define terms? Ramas terms of course. I pity those who leave the SIST on friendly terms. Usually its because their credibility is gone. The less said the better on this point I think.

Rumdum is up to his old tricks - trying to scam the US Bankruptcy court. The troll knows about this - he listens carefully. Fake IOUs are presented to the court hoping they get a judge who might award sales of the buildings to rumdum's IOU holders. Excuse me while I laugh. Unsecured debts, even if legitimate, get swallowed up by the bankruptcy. There will be nobody to give the worthless proceeds of their IOUs to rumdum. Poor Rumdum, the troll cries for you. Why didn't Eisenscratch tell you this would never work?

It is true that Rama and a bunch of the brethren went to visit Alamo & his group. However, Rama parted on non-friendly terms with Alamo because, as Rama put it (roughly), "He asked us to bow down to him." I.e. two cult leaders obviously couldn't work together. Their egos would get in each other's way.
