Salmon and Portabella Mushrooms
Ingredients Needed:
2 salmon flays

½ table spoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

4 tablespoons salted butter

¼ cup water

1 giant portabella mushroom

½ teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon garlic

2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
Directions:
1) Take the salmon and remove the skin.

2) Melt the butter in the pan and place the salmon in it.

3) Add the basil (chopped up) and the garlic (chopped up)

4) Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over the top of the salmon.

5) Add water around the salmon - not over the top of it.

6) Start to cook it on medium heat.

7) Wash the mushroom, and cut into ¼" slices.

8) Add the mushrooms around the fish and cook.

9) Take the fish off when it is tender and falls apart on fork.
