While Democratic Sen. Joe Biden voted to send U.S. troops to Iraq, he opposed President Bush's plan to increase the number of American soldiers there.

He also voted in favor of pulling out most U.S. troops by March 2008.

Biden is also the only Democratic candidate who voted to keep funding the war in a measure that did not include a timetable.

The Senator supports creating a path to citizenship for some illegal immigrants.

But he's not in favor of granting drivers' licenses to undocumented immigrants, an issue that's made its way into the spotlight during the campaigning process.

Biden also voted for a 700-mile fence and tougher security at the U.S.-Mexico border.

On health care, Biden says if elected to the White House, he would form an eclectic panel within the first six months to put together a universal coverage plan.

One of the highlights of it would be negotiating lower prescription drug prices.
