Command Sergeant Major Kevin Kamps of Antigo recently returned from his second tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Kamps is part of the 13th Psychological Battalion and has been with the Army Reserve for 30 years.

Back home, Kamps is a husband and father of two teenagers who are all excited to see him come home.
