Since August 2007, Staff Sergeant Troy Hill has been serving his second tour of duty in Iraq.

Hill joined the Army immediately following graduation from Rhinelander High School in 1999.

He is also a member of the Sokaogon Chippewa Tribe in Mole Lake.

When Hill is not in Iraq, he's stationed in Germany where his wife, Ashley, lives.
