It's time for our annual Share Your Holidays food drive and fundraiser! It starts Friday night at the Wausau Holiday Parade that starts at 6:30. All you have to do is bring non-perishable food and monetary donations along with you. Then, members of our NewsChannel 7 staff will collect those donations as we walk along the parade route. All of the food and money go to the Salvation Army and Neighbors' Place.
This morning on Sunrise 7, Lt. Jacob Tripp with the Salvation Army and Tom Rau with the Neighbors' Place stopped by to talk about what your donations would mean to them. Both say the need still very much exists. For more information, watch the video link.
You can drop off food donations at Wausau Area Wagner Shell Stations and Trig's. You can also drop food and monetary donations at River Valley Bank Branches and our NewsChannel 7 studios.
