Your Health: The Benefits of Stretching

We've all heard before that it's important to stretch. But did you know that there's some pretty big benefits to doing so?

Jon Swenson, a personal trainer with Franck's Gym, joined us live on Monday morning during Sunrise 7 to talk about stretching. He also showed us a few stretches we can do both at home and after a workout. To learn more, watch the video above.
