Udder Plunge in Athens on Saturday, Benefits Fair
How would you like to jump in icy cold water this weekend to benefit a local tradition? Saturday is the Udder Plunge at Erbach Park in Athens. All proceeds benefit the annual Athens Fair.
If taking the plunge doesn't sound like a good idea - there's other events going on too, like a 3-mile snowshoe race and hike and snow volleyball. To learn more about all of the "udder" events, watch the video above.
Registration starts at 8 a.m.
