Warm Weather, Rain Threaten Flooding in Wisconsin

The snowpack on the ground in Wisconsin may dwindle as a warm-up is expected as the year ends.

The National Weather Service says temperatures well into the 40s may cause flooding throughout southcentral and southeastern Wisconsin.

Reports show temps could hit the upper 30s on Thursday and upper 40s on Friday.

There's also the possibility of rain and freezing rain.

Temperatures are expected to return to seasonal norms late Friday night.
