United Way Coalition Aiding Those Struggling with Homelessness

The United Way's Housing and Homelessness Coalition has been busy working around the community to aid those struggling.

Last week, the coalition hosted the National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness week where they took people on a bus tour, pointing out the challenges of being homeless in our area. They also showed a documentary about what it is like to struggle with homelessness in Wisconsin. You can access the link to watch the documentary at the bottom of the page.

If you'd like to volunteer at the warming center, with the coalition or at the United Way's Project Connect event coming up in January, just call 211.
