So many of us like to fire up the grill in the summertime. You can cook everything from burgers, vegetables, to chicken.
Chef Dave Alter with Sweet & Savoury in Wausau focused on grilling chicken this week and he showed us two ways to do it. You can learn more by watching the video above.
The first, beer can chicken. It's become a summertime favorite. Then, we prepped another chicken, learning what bones to remove and how to do it. Once that was done, he used a seasoning called "Emeril's Essence." He gave it a good coat and put it on the grill. Once it was done and at the right temperature, Chef Alter cut it up and served it with a side of barbeque sauce.
