If you think you have buried treasures in your home, then today and tomorrow may be your last days to find out. The Treasure Hunters are in town and they're making their last calls here in Wausau for you to bring in your antiques and collectibles.

Treasure Hunters Manager Andy Gladson says it's easy to spot a treasure that's real from one that's a phony. He's been in the sales business for years and with the hunters for a year, weeding out wanted items from those that aren't so authentic.

Over the years he's seen some pretty amazing pieces come in to the purchasing sites they station at, including a W.W.I helmet he brought into the studio, some original railroad pocket-watches, and a $10 bill from Confederate currency. Even this week in Wausau, Gladson bought a fair share of treasures. One he noted especially unique was a guitar from the 1950's that was worth thousands of dollars.

Treasure Hunters gives cash up front for your treasures, so if you're in the area and looking to dust off some collectibles that are attracting dust in your home, you can go to their location in Stevens Point or here in Wausau. The event in in Stevens Point will be at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites on 4917 Main Street. The event in Wausau is being held in the Howard Johnson Inn & Conference Center today form 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. and tomorrow from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
