State Gears Up for Aviation Week
Governor Scott Walker declared July 23 - July 27 State Aviation Week, designed to highlight the importance of the industry in the Badger State.
Tony Yaron, CWA's administrator, was live in the studio on Sunrise 7 to talk about the huge economic impact aviation has on Wisconsin. It pumps tens of millions of dollars a year into the state.
Perhaps the biggest economic boost of all is the EAA AirVenture show in Oshkosh, which begins Saturday, July 21st.
He also spoke with us about new changes coming to CWA and the three year expansion plan that's in the works.
