Special Olympics Torch Run Comes to Wausau

The Special Olympics summer games are in town this weekend, and to kick off the main event, they're holding the 26th Annual Torch Run in Wausau.

Money raised from the registration fees will go directly to supports the Special Olympics.

It's a seven mile stretch that starts in the 400 Block in Wausau and ends at the Cedar Creek Mall in Rothschild.

You can register Thursday morning before the event for $15 and you need to show up at the 400 Block shortly before 11:00am.
