Whether you kids are devout athletes or just looking for an exciting way to stay occupied this summer, there's an active school you may want to check out. The Parisi Speed School is one of the only two Parisi facilities in Wisconsin, and they're admitting students for their summer programs.
Parisi Speed School has trained over half a million athletes in the nation and functions as a training facility for all kids, whether you're a hard-core high school football junky or just trying to stay active in general with kids your age.
The school is based from within the Riverside Athletic Club, which owner Paul Kienitz says he's very proud of. When he heard about the school, he says he went to a training course for Parisi and fulfilled the requirements it would take to bring the course to his gym. It's something he admits wasn't easy, but was definitely worth it.
Eric Filipiak is a program director and coach at Riverside who works on a daily basis with athletes to build their physical endurance, strength, and most importantly, their confidence. He says in large, what enhances their performance is the change in attitude and courage to tackle their personal challenges.
