If you're a fan of Indian cuisine, then we've got news for you. A new Indian culinary experience is available for those who enjoy curry, cumin, coriander, and most other hard to find spices you can imagine.
Elizabeth and Kavi Chawla have been married since 2007, a relationship that sparked chemistry in the kitchen as well. From the moment that Elizabeth met Kavi's mom, she says she started cooking with her. Vijay Chawla's native roots trace back to India where she prepared meals for her family in the kitchen, and taught her son Kavi her trade. It didn't take long for Elizabeth to catch on to Vijay's measure by taste methods, which Kavi mastered long ago.
He even admits he used some of his cooking skills to impress Elizabeth during dating years.
Out of this romance and love of food has blossomed Kaveli, an all natural Indian cuisine that is based off actual family recipes. Their packaged goods come with packets of spices that have ingredients you yourself grind to give it an even more fresh and authentic taste.
Kavi gives credit to Elizabeth for taking charge of the business, but the idea itself came to fruition after they realized the need for a supply like theirs in the community. Elizabeth says even individuals in Minneapolis are using her products since Indian ingredients and meal packaging like what Kaveli offers are that hard to come by.
