We all know dieting is hard, especially late at night when those delicious treats stashed in your fridge seem to call your name.
But now there's a new high-tech way to solve your late-night snacking habit.
It's the virtual fridge lock, and in essence it shames you into sticking to your weight-loss goals. You stick the magnetic device on your refrigerator door, and when you open your fridge at night it posts messages on your Facebook page saying you cheated on your diet.
If you're really determined to eat that bowl of ice cream, it may not stop you from snacking, but at least it keeps you honest.
