The Electronic Buyback and Collectors Roadshow is looking to put some extra money in your pocket this weekend.

Maybe you have some items you found while spring cleaning you aren't sure what to do with or you recently decided to go through your jewelry box.

"The saying goes, almost everyone has $750 sitting around their house," says Jeff Hunter.

Hunter, who is part of the buyback crew, says checking jewelry boxes for simple gold and silver necklaces that aren't worn anymore and bringing them to the buyback can really add up.

He says this is a great opportunity just to get a little extra cash in your pocket.

Another common item they're looking for: old cellphones. After you get an upgrade and a new phone, there isn't much to do with your old one but the the electronic buyback crew wants it.

Some other things they want include coins made before 1964, gold, silver, diamonds, musical instruments, toys from before 1965 and pre-WWII memorabilia.

The roadshow remains in town from Thursday, June 27th until the 29th at the Days Inn and Suites located at 4700 Rib Mountain Drive in Wausau. You can check it out from 9am to 6pm on Thursday and Friday and from 9am to 4pm on Saturday.
