Quick Dumbbell Routine: Monday Morning Motivation

Before you head out for your Memorial Day festivities, throw on your swimsuits, and start the grill, it's important to get energized and off on the right foot. We met up with the boot camp instructor who's got the perfect quick fitness routine for your Monday morning motivation.

YMCA Boot Camp Instructor Vickie Christianson says performing a regular weekly dumbbell routine can help sculpt your abdomens and arms without beefing up, You can keep it simple with normal curls or switch it up by using a chair and leveraging your weight against it to lower yourself to the ground. She says using the chair is also convenient because when you're finished with triceps workouts, you have a comfy chair to sit in.
