Don't Forget to Warm-Up Before You Work Out!

As many of us start a new exercise routine as part of our New Year's resolutions, we had atheltic trainer Ryan Miller from Marshfield Sports Medicine Clinic live in studio on Sunrise 7 to talk with us about the importance of warming up before you work out and cooling down after.
