Computer Recycling Event to be Held Thursday in Merrill

Good News Project, with cooperation from The Kiwanis Club of greater Merrill, will hold a computer and electronics recycling drive in Merrill on Thursday, August 23rd.

Unused electronics can be brought to the Sell building at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds from noon to 6 p.m. The cost of recycling is 30 cents per pound.

The recycling event will collect computers and all computer related items, such as keyboards, speakers, scanners and printers. You can also drop off TVs, microwaves, stereo equipment and telephone equipment. All the items are recycled with a professional company that protects data and keeps the environment clean.

Businesses with large quantities can call (715) 843-5985 to schedule an appointment in the morning.
