Better Than Anything Cake

1 box German chocolate cake mix made as directed in a 9x10 cake pan
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Carmel ice cream topping
1 tub cool whip
1 Hersey bar shaved
Once the cake comes out of the oven take the handle of a wooden spoon and poke holes all over the cake.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake then also pour the ice cream topping over top.
Allow to cool.
Top with cool whip and shaved chocolate.
Refrigerate until you eat it.
You can use any ice cream topping or cake flavor.
