Barns and silos are destroyed, and trees and power lines are down in in Western Marathon County, near the Town of Hull. Our crews in the area have spoken with families who lost barns and other equipment. No houses have been reported destroyed.

Marathon County authorities say there's significant storm damage in the western part of the county. Lieutenant Dale Wisnewski says it's in the Town of Hull which is close to Colby and Abbotsford. A line of severe thunderstorms moved through the area around 8 a.m.
He says there are reports of structure damage and downed power lines. We have a crew headed out there right now, and will bring you the very lastest.
