Melt In Your Mouth Sugar Cookie
1 cup Butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup powder sugar
1 cup oil
2 beaten eggs
41/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp salt
11/2 tsp vanilla
Cream the sugar and butter together, add beaten eggs and oil. Mix well. Add all dry ingredients and mix well, Add vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, sprinkle with sugar or colored sugar. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
Makes 8 dozen your kids will stop talking and you will get a moment of peace cookies!!!!!!!:)
