WI Senator says VP Debate Will Introduce Paul Ryan to Nation

Senator Ron Johnson, (R) Wisconsin, says Thursday night's debate between VP Joe Biden and Rep. Paul Ryan will give the nation a chance to meet the Janesville native.

Speaking to NewsChannel 7 via satellite, Johnson told us it will show Ryan is a man of integrity and how much knowledge he has about the national budget.

The 90 minute debate will be the only one between the incumbent Democrat and the GOP VP nominee. It will cover domestic and foreign issues.

Campaigning in Wisconsin ealier this week, Biden's son Beau said he father is a man who's never been afraid to speak what's on his mind, earning him respect and repeated election victories.
