Briq's Ice Cream in Wausau opened for the season a few weeks ago and many are braving the cold to get a taste of their favorite warm weather treat.
An employee says it doesn't matter if the temperature is zero or 100 degrees people will always come out for ice cream.
"We'll have a line of people and it's surprising. They'll stand there and wait for ice cream. It can be super windy and cold but they'll wait for ice cream." Says Amber Heier, a server at Briq's.
Briq's Ice Cream will be open 7 days a week through the summer.
