What Now? - Taking Care of Your Mental Health
The devastation of losing a job is something many people in our area have felt during the past several months. Psychotherapist Diane London says it's completely normal to feel down right now, even if you haven't lost your job. She says simply the fear of being one of the next job cuts, can be just as paralyzing.

Thank you for the information. I am newly unemployed after 30 years. I especislly want to thank you for the unemployment incme information regarding taxation, you have saved me from becoming a victim next year. Great report.
