They say running is about 90 percent mental, and if you're thinking about running in the first ever Susan G. Komen Central Wisconsin Race for the Cure, thinking positively will get you to the finish line.
As we countdown to the race, track star Suzy Favor Hamilton has been sharing tips to help improve your running and make it more enjoyable.
This week she's talking about thinking good thoughts. So say you're running and you're getting tired, instead of thinking about how tired you are, think about how good you'll feel once you finish.
"Running, believe it or not, or walking, if you develop a program and start doing this every day, you will definitely have more energy," says Hamilton.
And you'll be ready for the race for the cure, which is coming up in just two weeks.
