Dale and Leilani Neumann were each sentenced to 10 years probation Tuesday in Marathon County Court. For the first 6 years of the sentence, they will have to spend 30 days in jail each year.
The Neumanns are the Weston couple convicted of second-degree reckless homicide in the death of their 11-year-old daughter, Kara. They prayed for her instead of getting her medical help for her untreated diabetes. She died in March of 2008.
So what do you think? Was the sentence long enough? Or was it too harsh?
