The Prosecutor overseeing the case of Dale Neumann says he wants a jury from outside Marathon County to try the case because of pre-trial publicity.

Tuesday Morning, Assistant District Attorney LaMont Jacobson told Judge Vincent Howard, the Neumanns were violating a court imposed gag order because of statements posted on the website, www.helptheneumanns.com.

Jacobson says the site, which is ran by the Weston couple contains 'troubling' statements surrounding the Leilani Neumann case involving the Judge, Jury and Prosecution.

Defense Attorney Jay Kronenwetter says his client, Dale Neumann is no way involved with the website and has nothing to do with the posting.

Kronenwetter says Dale Neumann wants a speedy trial and wants the jury to be made up of residents of Marathon County.

The State has until the end of next week to make an appeal for a jury from outside the county.
